Random Tweets About Active and Passive Leader

“Live for nothing or die for something” nice quote from random film I’ve forgot. Agree? I do

Talk about leadership and future. Sometimes I get attention on these 2 words. Are they related? I don’t know, just let it flow 🙂

Passive and active leader. You choose?

Being safety is comfortable for passive one. Loved by everyone, no-fast response for any problem. But for what?

Sometimes you need to be more actively leader, it doesn’t mean you change your character/attitude, but every organization need it

Based on random situations, leader needs to take the right action on the right time. ‘Active’ when your place is quietly going ‘passive’

‘Passive’ here means your ‘place’ being unproductive, and there are so many exist people but ’empty brain’, no progressive vision to ‘place’

That’s why we need to learn how to be ‘water’, ‘fire’, ‘earth’, ‘wind’, ‘metal’. Passive and active leader are between these ‘five’ 🙂

Failure things will come true for any leader who doesn’t understand what ‘place’ need for now and future

“Lead yourself before you’re going to bigger ‘place’..” We often hear about this quote but hard to do

“Leadership is a choice between hurt and happiness”. The more you hurt the more you learn. Then happiness will come in its way 🙂
